This role is hybrid in Houston, TX. The Key Account Director is responsible for identifying and generating new business through the consultative sale of staffing solutions to companies whose strategy it is to use variable, temporary, temp to hire or direct hire staffing as a part of their business model. The Key Account Director will build their book of business through data driven sales in a segment, industry and or geographic area. Accounts targeted will spend no less than $750,000 in temporary/TTH or $250,000 in direct hire fees in a single location.
