Who You Are:

As the Director of Project Delivery, you will be a visionary leader with a strong background in both architecture and business. You excel in organizing and delivering consulting projects and are passionate about optimizing workflows through technology. Your expertise will drive the success of our project.assist services, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and excellence in every project.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement advanced operational policies and procedures that leverage technology for enhanced productivity and quality.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI tools to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Delivery:

  • Lead the project.assist services team in delivering high-quality project simulations and consultations using state-of-the-art tools.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, utilizing collaborative software to ensure alignment and effective communication.

People Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
  • Encourage team members to embrace new technologies and methods for workflow optimization.

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Use client feedback to refine and improve service delivery processes.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and technological advancement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies through the use of technology.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into operations, positioning cove.tool as a leader in the industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, project delivery, or related roles within a consulting context.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects using advanced technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the architectural and construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong emphasis on workflow optimization technologies.

Bonus Points For:

  • LEED Accreditation
  • Experience with Revit, SketchUp, and/or Rhino Grasshopper.

Location:

Hybrid work environment in Atlanta, GA. Mon/Wed/Fri from home. Tue/Thu must be in-person for mentorship, collaboration, and training.
