Covenant Aviation Security, LLC is seeking a Site Director at Denver International Airport to play a pivotal role in overseeing the security workforce, working closely with various stakeholders including the Airport, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, airline-contracted personnel, and local government officials. Your responsibilities will include supervising security operations, managing badging, training, scheduling, and handling administrative duties at the site. Covenant Aviation Security is America’s largest privately owned company dedicated exclusively to aviation security. Services include passenger, baggage, cargo, and employee screening, external/ internal airport patrols, access control, air carrier security services, and more.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in aviation management, security management, or a closely related field, along with at least five years of experience in aviation/security management, including a minimum of three years of experience at a Part 1542 regulated airport. Additionally, candidates should have the capability to obtain an AAAE ACE for Security certification within one year of the start date.
Proactive and effective communication is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with individuals across various levels within our organization, as well as with our external partners, such as airport and city clients.
Salary & Benefits
The starting salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 with bonus potential up to 10%. CAS offers a competitive benefit package for this position including medical/ dental benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) with matching contributions and relocation assistance. Final salary offer will be dependent upon experience.
