Position SummaryCNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan.
Qualifications
- Current California CNA license
- Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS)
- Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.)
- Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered
- Ensures patient safety and comfort
- Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients
