Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Resource Manager at Covenant Health Products located in Asheville, NC. As a Client Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and serving as their main point of contact. You will provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our products. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure complete client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in client relationship management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of health and wellness products is a plus
