JOB SUMMARY

The FQHC Executive Coordinator position provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)in the achievement of organizational goals as well as providing assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors as requested. They will be the key point of contact for senior administration, community members, government officials & professionals, and providers within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates Degree in a business-related field preferred

Experience

• A valid Maine Driver’s License required
• 3-5 years experience in a medical practice office work preferred

Other skills required

• Medical Terminology is a plus
• Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work well as part of a team and independently
• Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Epic
• Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information/records
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
