**Job Summary:** Performs patient/customer food service functions involving, food purchasing, storage, and preparation. Under direct supervision. **Essential Functions:**

* Follow policies and procedures pertinent to job, department, and hospital.

* Responsible for completion of daily tasks and duties pertaining to assigned area.

* Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to operate, and clean food service equipment in designated area according to set department standards.

* Attends all required job related, department, and hospital in-services and education programs.

* Monitor Cafe Service

* Opening and Closing of the Retail area.

* Service Customers in a timely manner.

* Responsible for Customers' complaints

* Good verbal and written communication for Manager & Supervisor on pm closer.

**Minimum Position Qualification:**
