Covenant Physician Partners is Hiring a Practice Manager Near Gilbert, AZ

Arizona Centers for Digestive Health, a Covenant Physician Partner, is hiring a Fulltime Practice Manager located in Gilbert, AZ.
About The Opportunity
Under general direction from Covenant's Regional Vice President, Operations (RVP) and specific direction from the Center's Board of Managers, the Practice Manager is responsible for managing all business and clinical operations of the Practice. The Practice Manager is assisted by staff in Covenant's corporate office.
This role is for our Gilbert location located at 2680 S Val Vista Dr Building #4 Suite 116, Gilbert, AZ 85295
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective workplace procedures.
  • Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.
  • Hire, train and assist administrative staff.
  • Organize patient records using electronic health records keeping software.
  • Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety protocol.
  • Interact with patients and address their complaints and requests.
  • Coordinate daily staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
About the Candidate
  • Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in the field of nursing, or related field preferred.
  • Five years health care leadership experience.
  • Five years multi-physician medical practice.
  • Able to use personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail / calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
