CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local Manufacturing Company within the Waterbury, CT area.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and become proficient in IQMS
- Enter and maintain error free sales orders
- Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, shipping methods, expedites, etc.
- Answer phones, greet guests
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work place
- Communicate and follow up on routine matters with internal departments
- Prepare customer certs/packing slips for Engineering orders
- Maintain sales orders/part files and records, including technical drawings
- Process order acknowledgements
- 3 – 5 years Customer Service in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrates ability using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read title blocks on drawings/revisions
- 1-2 years Technical Customer Service/Document Control a plus
- Open to Temp to Hire or Direct Hire
- 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
