What You'll Do
- Hires,trains, developments, and disciplines store staff
- Sets performance goals and objectives for the team aswell as individual employees
- Facilitatesweekly sales meetings to ensure sales associates are aligned tocorporate initiatives, including customer and productstrategies
- Manages individual store revenue,operational and customer satisfaction targets
- Monitors Shrink at Store level, conducts exception analysis andacts
- Assesses local competitive assortmentand pricing trends and escalates competitive discrepancies toleadership
- Creates store labor plans based oncorporate guidelines, seasonality, and anticipated customerdemand
- Oversees daily cash handling andaccounts payable
- Partners with Corporate Coxto identify traffic trends to ensure consistency with inventoryrequirements
- Oversees store and sales floorinventory to ensure alignment with corporate store designstrategy
- Maintains current job knowledgethrough completion of on-going training opportunities
- Performs other duties as required
Who You Are
Minimum
HighSchool Diploma / GED and 5 years of experience in a related field.The right candidate could also have a different combination, suchas a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years ofexperience in a related field, a master's degree and 1year ofexperience or a Ph.
Preferred
- BA / BS inbusiness or related field
- Retail managementwith supervisory experience highly preferred
- Experience selling Wireless / Mobile products stronglypreferred
- Willingness to work a flexible workschedule which may include evenings, weekends andholidays
- Willingness to travel
- Valid Driver's License with driving record that meetsCox standards

USD 61,600.00 - 92,400.00 peryear
Compensation :
Compensationincludes a base salary of $61,600.00 - $92,400.00. The salary ratemay vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as theultimate location of the position and the selected candidate'sexperience.
In addition to the salary range identified herein, thisrole is also eligible for an annual incentive / commission target of$18,924.00.

TheCompany offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as muchvacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, thecompany's needs, and its obligations;
seven paid holidaysthroughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellnessannually for their own wellness or that of family members.
