Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a background in retail paint sales.

Responsibilities:

- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services
- Handle cash transactions following company procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail paint sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of technical sales concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
