Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
12-month FTC- full-time hours (parental leave cover)
Sydney CBD, full-time office based role
Upto $80k
Our client is a boutique professional services firm with a focus on commercial law. This role is to support the running of the office as well as providing tailored support to clients ensuring they have a seamless experience. They have around 20 staff in the Sydney CBD office and this role is key in ensuring the business runs smoothly and that clients have a great experience.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, professional, and welcoming. This role is front of house so you will be responsible for setting the tone for all clients and visitors as well as looking after their needs. The role will also take on administrative duties for the firm with support from the Operations Manager. This role is offering a 12-month fixed term contract (covering leave) and we are looking for candidates who can commit for the full 12 months.
