Job Summary

• The Population Health Operations Coordinator will work closely with their manager and team to support corporate payer program initiatives. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing data analysis and support functions associated with services required by the payer programs for pre-visit planning, gap closure, utilization process, and other department procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures are established and followed in accordance with the provisions of the various health plans and departmental requirements.

  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience
  • Preferred: Prior insurance / claims office experience or 3-5 years related experience
• Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as well as collaboratively in teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, task completion oriented.
