Summary

This position is hybrid remote, and will be required to be on campus in Springfield, MO when not working remote

Job Summary
- The Physician Recruiter is responsible for supplying employment support for physicians-and does pre-screening for quality candidates for department consideration. This includes practicing effective customer relations and performing all functions using organizational priority setting skills. This position is also responsible for communicating effectively with customers/employees in CoxHealth administrative areas and Ferrell Duncan Clinic.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Bachelors in a Related Field OR 5 years Recruiting or Administrative experience
  - Preferred: Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Psychology
- Experience
  - Required: No Prior Experience Required
  - Preferred: Knowledge of medical and hospital operating environments preferred
- Skills
  - Ability to relate to people at all levels required.
  - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, good attention to detail required.
  - Ability to host lunch, dinner and other events required
  - Demonstrates leadership skills of: Negotiation, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, Customer Relations
