Job Summary
The Program Advisor works in the Center for Professional Development within Human Resources to employ/execute Workforce Development strategies to identify and fill critical gaps in high demand areas. These initiatives include (but are not limited to) career pathways, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, or tuition assistance programs.
The Program Advisor is responsible for supplying career pathway/program support for professional, technical and clinical positions. The Program Advisor will cultivate relationships with educational and community partners, recruit and screen qualified candidates, advise candidates through the pathway selection process, and support programmatic branding initiatives.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred: Masters in Business or Healthcare Administration
