CPA Department is Hiring an Accounts Payable Processor Near Reston, VA
We are looking for a reliable and precise professional to help us properly maintain our client’s payable information. The Accounts Payable Processor will vendor invoices and payments, ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can analyze expense reports and vendor invoices to assign payments to the proper cost centers, work with vendors to resolve past-due invoices, and reconcile monthly statements with vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational ability
- Effective corporate communications skills
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
- Previous experience processing payroll in a large business environment
- Experience with Costpoint preferred
- Willing to work on-site
