CPA Firm is Hiring an Office Administrative Professional Near Jacksonville, FL

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrative Professional for our fun loving, family oriented CPA firm in Jacksonville Beach. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the clients and accountant teams are being supported efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Impeccable customer service skills are required
  • Able to handle fast paced environment during the tax deadline filing seasons

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
