We are looking for a Client Relations and Services Specialist to join our team!

In this position you will:

• Manage the selection, on-boarding and setup, and performance management of third-party service providers (e.g. vendors)
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of supplier management plans
• Manage service provider deliverable timelines and identify/escalate when workstream or deliverables are at risk of falling behind schedule
• Assist with maintaining the Approved Vendor List
• Communicate CPC’s needs and address internal team members’ complaints with suppliers
• Manage the electronic contract management system, including databases for forms, contracts, and compliance and help develop and maintain templates
• Manage the change order process for all contracts
• Assist with creation, maintenance, and reporting of departmental performance metrics
• Assist with project specific communication to CPC clients and partners including business development communications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Here’s what you will need to bring to the table:

• 3 years of experience in clinical or health care settings
• Background in customer service; clinical research industry knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work independently and within the team environment, and at times under tight deadlines with a diverse workload
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside suppliers and clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks with close attention to detail
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficiency in and demonstrated ability to use databases and contract management systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Targeted Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
