PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Business Systems Analyst is key in handling CFDI invoice error processes, from detection to correction, and implementing revenue controls. This role includes requirement analysis, testing L2C applications, and addressing production issues to improve L2C and related technologies. With growing experience, the Analyst will handle more sophisticated tasks with greater independence. Collaboration with Customer Billing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, Finance, and IT is crucial for technology-driven process optimization. The role supports multiple L2C systems within CPKC, such as SAP S4, SAP TM, ECC, CRM, Customer Portal, and various finance and order management systems, requiring excellent service, relationship-building, and partnership.
