Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Rough & finish mill twin screw extruder conveying segments.
• Finish mill twin screw extruder kneading segments.

Essential Functions:

• Setup and run multiple Mazak & Doosan Vertical Mills, 4-axis (VCN-535c)
• Examine materials to ensure conformance to established standards
• Perform minor equipment maintenance
• Comply with standards and procedures
• Complete required paperwork as necessary
• Perform other job responsibilities as required
• Organizing and staging work to accommodate running multiple machines

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

• High school education and 1-2 years of related experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Understanding of precision manufacturing tools and their proper use.
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of GD&T symbols and tolerancing along with basic blueprint reading
• Ability and willingness to follow directions and work independently
• Good verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a highly motivated, team driven environment
