We are looking for candidates who consistently demonstrate the following qualifications while performing cell phone repair, electronics repair and sales representative duties:
· Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
In this role, you will hold responsibilities that are critical to the success of the store. Those responsibilities related to cell phone repair, electronics repair and retail sales include:
· Maintaining a positive work environment
· Greet customers and answer phone calls with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor
· Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
· Consulting with customers to provide creative recommendations for problem resolution
· Explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical, easy to understand manner
· Providing computer, cell phone, tablet and gaming repair estimates to customers
