Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

As the per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Occupational Therapist at Wilson Health, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Duties include evaluations; communication with patients, family members, and rehabilitation medical team members on a collaborative plan of care; and establishment of goals to enhance independence with activities of daily living in a safe, effective, and reliable manner. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must.

Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage as needed for PTO or additional staffing, with a minimum of 4 hours per month.

About the Facility:Wilson Health is a 44 bed, Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) accredited, community hospital and health system which provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient services including Medical/Surgical Services, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, Urology, Endocrinology, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Sleep Center and more.CPS Solutions has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this Rehabilitation Department.This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.b

About the Rehab:Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:30pm. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed, basis. The Rehab department utilizes Meditech and Maestro software systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• One year of acute care and outpatient experience preferred

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Hep B3 Series (or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• Covid Vaccine-Full (required)
