Responsibilities for the Maintenance Planner include:
- Directing ad scheduling maintenance personnel and resources
- Sourcing contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure completion of projects
- Administering training for personnel
- Conducting pre-job safety reviews
- Implementing improvement projects
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance setting
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, CMMS
- Proven ability to estimate, plan, schedule, and complete projects
- Excellent communication, teambuilding, and mentoring skills
