About the Role:

This is a B2B sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities by fostering B2B relationships and understanding client needs.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare support materials, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external influencers to expand the company's market presence.
• Promote cross-business services and initiatives to enhance client relationships and revenue growth.
• Uphold industry compliance and risk management standards across all activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within retirement plans.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets through proactive business development.
• Familiarity with investment services, plan design, and ERISA regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

Base salary $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses
