Madrid CPWG is hiring a Proposal Development Specialist to create proposals using their skills as well as the newest tools that AI has to offer. We are looking for recent graduates to join us and grow their careers! 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations from inception to submission.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and business development associates to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
• Utilize AI tools and software to streamline the proposal creation process, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, project requirements, and industry trends to craft persuasive narratives.
• Manage the proposal timeline and workflow, ensuring all deadlines are met with documents that adhere to firm and client specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a database of proposal documents, including project profiles, staff resumes, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in civil engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and software for document creation and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
