As the Operations Manager, you'll lead our multiple divisions & teams of superintendents, foreman and crew members. We are looking for a team member who enjoys the complex nature of addressing challenges, assigning resources, overseeing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operational processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Lead and supervise teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency

-Manage field supervisors, work crews, and other staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed, work and safety standards are maintained and schedules are met.

-Maintain and enforce company policies in a high regard for safety for employees and general public

-Hire, oversee training and development, and preform employee evaluations

-Review and monitor employee time cards, driver logs, and work orders

-Visit and inspect job sites and crews

-Coordinate purchase and delivery of materials

-Oversee & coordinate maintenance of equipment & vehicles

-Manage operating budgets

Experience
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Solid operational management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in managing people and uphold company culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
