MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
This is a full time, first shift position. Duties include but are not limited to providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing the facility infrastructure and facility assets to ensure minimal disruption to the daily production activities and minimizing downtime.
· Experience with metal fabrication equipment: CNC equipment, robotics, PLC troubleshooting and repair, turret presses, press brakes and lasers is a plus.
· Interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder logic and equipment manuals.
· Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast paced environment.
· Assure proper calibration, operation and maintenance of equipment.
· Experience with single and three phase power systems up to 480V.
· Proficient mechanical abilities which includes practical knowledge of precision maintenance techniques.
· Skilled in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics.
· Maintain quality and plant safety requirements.
Manual dexterity with physical ability to work in situations requiring bending, kneeling and carrying up to 50lbs.
Ability to climb and work in elevated areas.
Highly motivated and willing to learn.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Valid drivers license required.
Forklift and scissor lift skills.
Salary will be based on experience and is negotiable.
Knowledge of Amada Lasers, Trumpf Punch Machines, and Press Brakes is a plus!

HOURS: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
