No nights or weekends! Drive time and mileage are compensated in addition to your hourly wage! Compassionate, team approach to home health care! CarePro Health Services-Cedar Rapids has immediate openings for part-time and full-time Home Health Aides to join our caregiving team.
As a Home Health Aide, you will assist in daily living activities including personal care services and homemaking in our patients' homes following an established care plan.
The hours for this role are between 8 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours per week, while part-time positions typically involve 20 to 24 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and friendly with excellent communication skills,- and be able to perform various tasks to help our clients.

What youll do : Assist patients with mobility and exercisesAssist with patient's personal care activities, such as dressing and bathingPerform domestic and household tasksProvide companionship and basic supportMaintain patient care records and document provided servicesProvide respite services What were looking for : High school diploma or equivalent Must have proven working experience with responsibilities listed above (CNA certification is a plus) Basic computer skills required, including mobile devices, data entry, and familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR) Caring and compassionate personality Excellent communication and people skills Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Post-offer background checks, physical exam / agility test, drug screen, and TB testing required.
