Job Description: We are seeking friendly and professional Restaurant Servers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Present menus and assist customers in making food and beverage selections, including recommendations on seafood boil specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before guests arrive.
• Monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and swiftly.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seafood boil options and specials, and be able to make recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
