Description
We are looking for Servers for Crabtree Kitchen Bar in Poulsbo. Servers are ambassadors of our brand and key to a great customer experience. It can be a challenging job at times, which is why we need people with the right skillsets. People who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love seeing people smile, and can communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of customers. Those who can quickly familiarize themselves with our menus and are able to guide customers with food and beverage selection. The ideal candidate for this role will have a friendly, helpful, and cheerful outlook.

- Present yourself as friendly, personable and approachable to each guest
- Have a deep understanding of our brands, core values, and partnerships with our farmers to be able to fully answer customer questions regarding service, food and drink preparations and other related questions about Crabtree Brands.
- Take orders accurately and responsibly 100% of the time.
- Monitor assigned section.
- Deliver food and drinks to the table.
- Ensure each table in section is cleaned and set properly in a quick and efficient manner.
- Accurately bill customers 100% of the time.
- Maintain all current health standards.
- Direct support staff as needed within your section.
- Ability to guide guests to provide the best experience possible.
Requirements
2 Years serving experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Strong work ethic
Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to obtain a MAST permit
