We are seeking a Regulatory Engineering Manager to be responsible for driving international expansion of our products. With a broad portfolio of products with international demand; this role will challenge the successful candidate to help us grow and meet our aggressive targets. This market includes in-vehicle networks and mobile LTE- and 5G-enabled routers, distributed enterprise branch LTE- and 5G-enabled routers, LTE/5G failover devices, LTE/5G IoT products, and Private Cellular networks. What Will You Do?
Ensure that the electronic products and accessories meet the requirements of RoHS (2 3), REACH, WEEE, PFAS, and Conflict Minerals
Analyze technical and legal documents, enabling interpretation and further communication of content resulting in clear definition of requirements to the business. Stay current with the global changing environmental requirements as it relates to Copmany products
Work with subject matter experts from related groups to drive efforts to improve environmental performance or compliance processes and identify opportunities to establish common processes and tools
Manage complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Support defining and executing corrective actions
Communicate with and influence key external stakeholders and business leaders, escalate compliance issues as appropriate
Assist with the transfer of knowledge, coach, and mentor less experienced compliance personnel
Interact with Purchasing and suppliers to determine when certain substances will be removed from our products
Build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Instill trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Project Management, Chemistry, or related technical or scientific field
Five (5 ) years of experience managing restricted substances regulations impacting electronic or ITE (Information technology equipment) devices
Experience in RoHS, with emphasis on expanded market outside EU and US such as China, Middle East, and South Asia/Australia
Experience in Prop65
Experience in Conflict Minerals
Experience in WEEE

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. $98,700.00 - $183,300.00 Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
