Interest in growing in training development and facilitation skills is a plus but not required. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned client(s). Work may include recruitment, developing policies, running payroll, benefits administration, providing coaching and training, handling employee relations, etc Work on assigned projects in a team and/or independently. Proactively communicate with the Craft HR team and clients. Deliver regular updates and reports to clients on project deliverables and work activities. Accurately track client project hours . Learn and contribute to the development of Craft HR Solutions methodologies and tools for solving client challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvement at both Craft HR and with clients. Participate in the development of standard templates and forms based on client project experiences. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current best practices in HR and related fields. Other projects will be assigned as needed that may include business development research, administrative tasks (meeting scheduling), and additional tasks based on your skills, strengths, and interests.
