Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints -
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer information, including orders, payments, and personal details, into our database -
- Verify customer data for accuracy and completeness and make necessary revisions -
- Manage and update customer records and ensure data confidentiality and security -
- Assist with data clean-up projects to maintain database integrity -
- Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and customer service strategies -
- Support the sales team by providing them with accurate and up-to-date customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent -
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred -
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy -
- Proficient in using computer applications and data entry software -
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines -
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
