Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations
- Manage event logistics, such as attendee registration, guest lists, and transportation arrangements
- Assist with event marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses
- Support the events team in the setup and teardown of event spaces
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services
- Help manage event-related correspondence and inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event planning software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
