Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operation, including customer service, food preparation, cash handling, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food service activities
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
