Server Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Skills:
- Strong bussing skills
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill processing
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Excellent guest relations abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic food preparation knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional guest services skills
- Effective time management capabilities
- Sales skills to upsell menu items
- Passion for the food industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3.63 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
