Job Type: Full-Time, hourly

Location: Lindale, TX

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to finish on a dozer
• Minimum 5 years experience working in residential or commercial excavation
• Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
• GPS experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Have proposed grading experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Willingness and ability to work in outdoor environments and stay on feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Study plans and specifications of each project
• Follow the assigned schedule from site Superintendent
• Complete on site work including clearing, excavation, grading, and other earthwork
• Complete general labor work as necessary
• Ensure that all work on site is done safely and according to plans and specs
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Complete daily safety inspections on equipment
• Other related tasks as assigned
