Responsibilities

Account Executives at Formula.Monks work to solve hard problems for our clients that other teams couldn’t do. We are curious collaborators seeking to understand the need of our clients holistically. This is accomplished by our geographically based Account Executives building relationships with our clients, understanding their problems, and providing strategic solutions. This makes the Account Executive a pivotal role at Formula.Monks that requires being the best at what you do. Areas of focus include gaining trustworthy client relationships, identifying technology gaps that they are faced with and/or areas within the technology realm that we can assist with.

Qualities we seek

• Experience in an outside sales focused role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High volume cold-calling experience
• Negotiating skills
• Strong relationship building ability
• Ability to network and establish professional relationships through in person client meetings, industry events etc.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Results and process oriented professionals
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to set and manage priorities efficiently
