We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist based in our headquarters in Columbus, OH. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support in digital projects, including campaign budgets, schedules, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and increasing conversions while focusing on the overall brand KPIs.
• Creates engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Aggregate internal and external data sources into a single source of truth
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track market performance and deliver to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to aid in the forecast of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Support the Marketing Director in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, market dynamics, and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making.
• Experienced with Marketing cloud and how to best leverage it within the business.
• Experienced with Salesforce (CRM) and how to best leverage it from a marketing standpoint.
• Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by the Marketing Director.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency with dashboarding and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive towards actionable insights.
• Ability to plan and prioritize projects based on highest impact & highest value based on strategic priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, web analytics tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
