This role will be focused on the development of XR (extended reality) and AR (augmented reality) training content.

Responsibilities
Work with client subject matter experts and our in-house team of media specialists, programmers to design and write content that meets specific learning and on the job performance objectives
Design and develop blended learning solutions that benefit from your current experience while you learn, along with the rest of us, how to apply XR to optimize the blend
Write and edit blueprints, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, and other learning documentation
Capture and edit basic video content to be used in training modules
Conduct hands-on quality assurance testing on-site with client
Manage multiple projects to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
Qualifications
2 years of instructional design experience
Share a portfolio of relevant, professional work
Attention to detail and accuracy; high level of commitment to exceptional work quality
Experience/knowledge of the semi-conductor industry is a plus
Experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is a plus
Experience developing training for X Reality (VR/MR/AR) is a plus
Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is an absolute requirement
