We're looking for a detail-oriented and bright Accounting Specialist to join our team! The Accounting Specialist is responsible for reconciling, researching, and resolving discrepancies in our expense reporting, supporting our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team, and collaborating across departments to ensure accuracy and organization. Our ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver who works well independently.

This position is a Hybrid role with two days in our Tempe, AZ Headquarters and three days working from home. Training for the first 2-4 weeks would be in-person.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and approve expense reports
• Reconcile, research, and resolve any discrepancies in expense reporting
• Manage company credit cards
• Assist in processing vendor invoices and disbursements
• Assist in applying cash receipts
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Work closely with other departments

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent; Associates Degree or Higher preferred
• Two years relevant work experience
• Willingness to learn
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft products especially Excel
• Outstanding organizational skills
