- Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
- Lead, train and mentor a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase service revenue, and enhance overall efficiency
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of repairs and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and effective problem solving skills
- Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics, including productivity, profitability , and customer feedback
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role in the auto industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as industry best practices and standards
