Crawford Mechanical Services is Hiring a HVAC Service Technician Near Lancaster, OH
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Crawford Mechanical Services personnel issues, customer relations, financial information, and business practices and/or strategies.
- Must possess above average mathematical and verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess proficient computer skills, adept in the use of certain software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Computer Ease
- Must maintain appropriate, professional, and positive customer and employee relationships.
- Must maintain a clean well-groomed appearance (business casual)
- Must abide by the Company Drug, Safety and Harassment Policies
- Must be well organized, a logical thinker, able to always focus on the tasks and deadlines at-hand and attentive to details.
- Must be adept at prioritization of tasks and able to function well in a pressure-filled environment.
- Must strive to offer constructive opinions and be able to accept constructive performance evaluations.
