Position : Brand Engagement Team - Sales and Marketing Representative

We are hiring for a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our client’s growing team in Lanham. Our client is a privately owned and family-operated manufacturer and installer of energy-efficient home improvement replacement products.

Established in 1980, our client has grown into one of the leading specialty home improvement contracting companies in the nation, offering replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, and clog-free gutter systems.

Job Description : As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and promoting our client's products and services.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Engaging with potential and current customers through field marketing initiatives, home shows, events, and community engagement activities.
• Utilizing data-driven strategies to effectively identify and target potential customers.
• Acting as an ambassador of our client at community events, fostering positive relationships with local communities.
• Delivering engaging presentations to educate and inform potential customers about our client's products and services.
• Participating in continuous training and development programs to enhance communication skills and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels such as home shows, events, and field marketing.
• Actively engage with potential customers, promoting our client's products and services.
• Deliver compelling presentations to inform and educate customers about our client's offerings.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down activations at events and trade shows.
• Maintain inventory and care of event materials.
• Adhere to predetermined event schedules and work under the guidance of on-site event leads.

Skills & Abilities :

• High School Diploma or BA / BS preferred.
• Previous experience in event coordination or promotional work preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.
