Job SummaryOur client is looking for an IHT (In-Home Therapy) Clinical Supervisor that provides administrative and clinical support to IHT staff, including assisting the Program Director with the execution of her/his duties and furthering clinical responsibilities and strategic objectives. Also, The IHT Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical consultation for cases worked in other programs as needed.
Job Responsibilities: Provides weekly clinical supervision to IHT staff Reviews and signs off on documentation completed by unlicensed staff under their supervision Participates in and helps lead all IHT staff meetings Assists with onboarding and training of all new IHT staff Completes diagnostic screening interviews as assigned by the Program Director Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director Serves as backup/clinical support for therapists and monitors as needed Conducts internal file audits to ensure compliance with MBHP requirements and Rise’s standards Ensures compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies All other duties assigned by Program Director
Qualifications: Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling) x Independently licensed in a mental health field (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, licensed psychologist) for a minimum of 6 months 4 years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care. Experience completing diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans Valid driver’s license Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption
