Salary: Our client offers a competitive Base Salary between $75,000-$120,000 (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) and flexible, two bonuses per year ~10% (based on profitability), and free comprehensive benefits, Company matching 401k (100% up to 3%, 50% 3-5%)
Job Overview: Our client, a dynamic and growing engineering firm located in Maitland, FL, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Administration Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of construction projects.
This pivotal role is ideal for candidates with a background in engineering, civil field construction, or inspections. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administrative functions of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for construction projects. Manage construction documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance. Resolve any administrative issues that arise during the construction process.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in construction administration, engineering, civil field construction, or inspections. Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the construction industry. Professional certification or licensure in a relevant field.
