Job SummaryOur Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in personal lines and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage customer inquiries, process policy changes, and provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding personal insurance lines, including auto, homeowners. Utilize company software to rate insurance products for customers Provide expert guidance and support to clients on insurance products and services, ensuring they understand their coverage options and benefits. Process policy changes, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency. Assist clients in understanding and navigating their specialty programs, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in their system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide clients with the most current and relevant information. Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage or services. Use software to price insurance products for clients.
Qualifications: Hold a property & casualty license in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including auto, homeowners, health, and life insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in using insurance software and customer management systems. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
