Job SummaryOur client is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some legal experience, particularly in personal injury, and will be responsible for supporting their main paralegal with tasks such as handling medical records, bills, and client communications.
Job Responsibilities: Assist the main paralegal with the preparation and management of legal documents, medical records, and billing. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. Maintain client files and ensure all documents are accurately filed and organized. Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
