Job Responsibilities
Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities
Proactively seek out potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors, and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
Build Strong Client Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solar energy solutions.
Promote Sustainable Energy Solutions
Effectively communicate the benefits of our solar energy solutions, including cost savings, environmental impact, and reliability.
Conduct Market Research
Sales Presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages and ROI of our solar solutions.
Negotiate Contracts
Manage contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Achieve Sales Targets
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Collaborate with Team Members
Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and technical experts to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Must have a transferable book of business.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar energy industry or related fields.
Strong Networking Skills : Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of solar energy systems and the commercial and industrial energy market.
Self-Motivated : Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within South and Central Florida to meet with clients.
