Job Summary: The Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 10 restaurant locations. The successful candidate will ensure that each location delivers high-quality service, maintains operational standards, and achieves financial targets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing multiple quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations, particularly in both stand-alone and high-volume, high-traffic environments like sports venues.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of 10 restaurant locations, including 5 stand-alone units and 5 within sports venues, ensuring consistency in service quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of restaurant managers, providing guidance and support to ensure each location meets performance and service standards. Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and other financial metrics to ensure profitability and cost control across all locations. Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards, maintaining a focus on health, safety, and cleanliness. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that all locations consistently deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, drive sales, and enhance the overall customer experience. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and key business metrics to senior leadership.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations, with a focus on quick-service restaurants. Experience overseeing operations within sports venues is highly desirable. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and senior leadership. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently between locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
